Yes, but depending on how color blind you are, you will have limited job options. There are about a dozen different jobs currently for people who completely fail the test. Go to the link below, and as you click on each job, it will list the requirements at the end of the description (normal color vision, red/green, or there will be no vision requirement).

your better off in this ONE respect to go Marines. They are less stringent on the colorblind issue. I am color blind, so could not go combat mos in the Marines, but I was allowed to work supply. The Army reserve allowed me to transfer in as supply (after my active duty), but then I went Active duty Army, and they say I have to take a new MOS even though I am Supply MOS qualified. The Army is MUCh more strict on this issue.

Yes, you can join the military if you are color blind, however there are curtain jobs you can not do. You will get a permanent profile but other than that you should be Okay.

Yes you can. You'd just need a waiver for it. It depends though on how color blind you are, if you just see purple as black or something trivial like that then it's probably not a problem. The eye exam tests for entrance into the military don't involve color if I remember correct.
You will be disqualified from many jobs that require perfect vision though, like pilots, EOD, etc.

Yes but you are limited in your options of what fields you can work in. I worked with a retired Navy guy who was color blind. You cannot be a pilot, for example. Try doing a google.com on the military and colorblindness.

Yes, but positions like pilots become off limits. I know a ret. air force Senior Master Sgt. (E-8) that was a airplane mechanic and color blind.

Check with a recruiter - he/she will have a list of medical conditions that will exclude a person from military service. Or you can try the Army's website....

you can join the army but you cant be weapon trained.
too dangerous as there will be difficulty seeing the CORRECT target when training with the weapon.
But working for the army on the admin/logistic support side should be of no issue.
