Ok, so me and this girl went out a couple of times, it was going great, she told me she had a great time on both dates and i kissed her on the second. Then out of nowhere she stopped texting me. After a week of this I finally asked her what was going on and she replied saying that it wasnt a good time to get into anything and although she really liked me she thought friends was the best option. I stopped talking to her after this, but would catch her looking at me in the pub and the common room.1 month later, we are talking again all the time on msn, for hours at a time and we text each other about 10 times a day. She even hinted at me meeting up with her the other day. Then the other she said she was depressed because it's bad being single on valentines day. When I asked "why are you depressed, I thought you didnt want a relationship" I got not reply. She just ignored the question totally and acted as if i never said it! Is that a good or bad sign?

Well it's not good because you can't possibly communicate closely when you talk on msn all the time. Msn and text are a way of hiding. The only way you can really communicate is if you talk face to face. Start from real face to face contact.

Sounds to me like she really does like you but can't date you for some reason (maybe her friend likes you? who knows). However, if I were you I still wouldn't put up with that crap. Don't talk to her for hours at a time or text her 10 times a day. That just gives her what she wants (an emotional relationship). Be friendly, just not too friendly. If she wants more, she should commit.

Hoestly... sometimes... eveyrone doesnt read things that one write on MSN or text messages... they jsut skip over it by acciedent... In my opinion... she really does like you or else she would never had said that stuff about being alone on valentines day.

ON the other hand... she might have read it and just didn't want to respond... If you guys still talk... then I think eveyrhting is fine.... don't sweat it!

Shedoes not want to be romantically involved with you and is trying not to hurt you. She is texting you now probably as a friend only and it will stop once she meets someone. Forget about her is your best option.

I think i get what you mean...But i really think she misunderstood about the fact that you and her weren't dating. She is silly for playing on and off with you thinking that she is going out with you when she wasn't even sure about it!!!!! Don't worry to me it seems like she has got her facts wrong thinking that you and her where going out when you weren't even doing so. Its is her fault. So i think you should just play it cool and not take the blame of this situation!! :D:D Good luck!!

she's confused and doesn't know what she wants. She's getting you confused with her. Forget about her and go on to someone who is atleast sure for a little while and not lost all the time.

women are fickle creatures.they ignore you when you pay them some attention but when you ignore them they want to know why you are ingnoring them and go out of their way to get you to notice them.she is dropping hints so that you have to do the running.ask her outright what she wants and take it from there.what have you got to lose.life's to short for maybes

She only wants to be friends with you. She'll only be interested in you (if ever) once you've started dating someone else.
