It sounds to me like a very heartfelt and personal note.
However, we at PIP, your neighborhood printing store, may be able to help.
We are able to print your personal correspondences in a very cost effective manner. And considering the number that a man like you will require, our volume rates are very attractive.
In addition, we now can offer a more personal touch to each of them. For a minimal charge we can infuse into each letter your favorite cologne or aftershave.
What better way to dump some chick but to leave her with something that she can hold to her breast, lay it on her pillow, and keep with her as a remembrance of you?
Yes, we understand that love, or lust, can be a very bumpy road.
Our only goal is to make your personal needs as cost effective and tender as possible.
Sincerely,
Trentyndeopli Knilofernaghwilf

YES very impersonal. if you dont like her anymore, just TELL HER. trust me, it hurts worse to not know why you are being broken up with. give her advice on how to be a better girlfriend to someone else one day and explain why you just dont want you guys to be together anymore. if its too hard in person, do it on the phone. texts/im/letters are very tacky in a relationship break off, so try to get as personal as possible. it will let your future girlfriends know that you care also, because they WILL find out how you break up with girls. and maybe the advice you give to your future-ex will help you find a better girlfriend later.

How many of these did you have printed? Do you sell them individually or in packages of ten, fifty or one hundred? How does a person go about ordering them? The price is ------- and is there a tax on that ? or is it included in the price? S and H is a set price? or do you send them then let us know the amount? I think they should be a really big seller at the craft shows and the estate auctions...

seems a little tacky. Man up and be serious with the situation. You're going to break her heart no matter what, but do it with class and respect.

If you send a form letter, not only is it tacky, but it shows that you don't have balls and are socially inept.
Be a man.

No, that's like ending it via text message. Tell her in person so she knows that you care about her feelings. It hurts getting broken up with by text/email/letters.
