Chipotle is a smoked jalapeno pepper. It's used as a flavoring ingredient in many dishes. It is smoky and spicy.
I think it would be great on your salmon as mentioned! You probably want to put some on before and after it cooks.
I'm sure you could use any other meats, but pork would be especially good!

a chipotle is a smoked and dried jalapeno. Usually it is available canned in adobo sauce. The sweet of the raspberry will make a great sauce. I would suggest serving it on the side and use it like a glaze. It would also be good with heavy flavored and game meats like lamb, or wild turkey, and venison

Chipotle peppers are smoked Jalepino peppers, slightly spicy and very smoky, the sauce you are refering to would be great on your salmon. I would use it as a marinade, and serve it with fresh raspberries as a garnish. It would also be fantastic for chicken, it would be something I would toss some with cooked chicken wings and serve it as an appetiser, or bake it on some brie. It will go pretty well with any meats, but it will overpower lighter fishes like cod or sole.

chipotle is a smoked jalapeno. It would be excellent on your fish. I esp like the addition of the almonds you could put it on before, but I think it would be best warmed and added when you plate the fish. Chicken or pork would also go well with your sauce. Veggies too--try it with a portabella

Chipoltie is a smoked dried pepper - I would lean towards using after cooking (or pass around at the table). It should go with about any meat that you want to spice up.
You also might try mixing it with some ranch for a killer salad dressing or vegie dip!

It is smoked & roasted jalapeno peppers.
It can be used on anything YOU want to put it on or in. Cooking is merely opinion so make everything YOUR own and limit time spent with people who say you can't try new things !!

That sauce is available at Costco?? It make a hell of a good chicken breast dish, just use boneless skinless chicken breasts and use it as a "simmer sauce"..........It comes out great......It is also great on pork..........Haven't tried it on fish yet, but I think salmon and it would "fight" for flavors, I'd recommend something less assertive, like a cod or halibut.........Geez, that would be great on baked halibut.............Thanks, now I know what's for dinner.....
