Stretch? Im not to sure but it happens to me at my work too

My suggestion would be to rearrange your computer, especially the mouse and keyboard. Pull them much closer to your body. Also, if possible, buy a chair that supports your neck and back. That should help solve the shoulder pain as well. This has been my personal experience. Hope it helps for you. Good luck.

make sure your arms are at a good even level with the mouse and keyboard=your chair should be at an even level too=i got an adjustable chair to do that and I dont have pains any more

take more breaks and stretch, walk and make sure you are not sitting in a bad position. sit up straight, make sure you dont have to reach for the mouse or strain to see the monitor, dont sit in the same position for more than an hour without a break...

I often fold a bath towel to make a pillow for my arm to rest on.
You will feel it when it is just right. The pain in your arm will stop.
