I get the most recipes from Giada DiLaurentiis on Everyday Italian and Ina Garten on Barefoot Contessa.

Ina Garten is especially good at dropping pearls of wisom like "Never refrigerate tomatoes. It really destroys the flavor," so I learn alot from her. I learn alot from Alton Brown, but sometimes he can be more like watching Mr.Wizard instead of a cooking show. He does some pretty hokey skits too.

I watch all Food Network shows (except for Emeril, who I can't stand). Everyday Italian and Barefoot Contessa are definitely my favorites. Bobby Flay does some great stuff too, so he can't be overlooked.

Rachael Ray. Absolutely I have learned from her show 30 minute meals. I've never made a single one of her dinners and still she is one of my food heroes.

I like her style because she teaches people how to cook, not how to prepare recipes. She talks how to use the equipment, how to pick your produce, where to shortcut and where you can't. She cooks the way I do (dump and pour) and she makes down to earth food with plenty of versatility. She is reckless, creative, and has fun with the food, very passionate about it.

But mostly what I have learned from RR is how to manage cooking tasks and time. The small work area, layering tasks to come out at the right time, the big cutting board... I just LOVE to watch her work. She is efficient instead of hurried. If you notice, she really doesn't dirty up that much either, whether it is surfaces or pans.

She is THEE food diva. I wish she would just stick to food though cuz her talk show sucks.

Alton Brown is really good with food chemistry, why stuff does what it does. He's silly, but the information is educational. I like Emeril, Paula Dean, and Bobby Flay, but my most favorite is Calorie Commando because he takes delicious, high-fat recipes and substitutes ingredients to come up with a dish that's just as delicious and twice/thrice as good for you. My dream combo is Paula Dean recipes cook Calorie Commando style.

Good Eats with Alton Brown is so informative. Not only does he tell you how things work out in depth, but he makes it entertaining and gives fun demos. He truely is a genius. his demos are always the truth and never that mumbo jumbo "im goin to tell you something that isnt entirely true just in hopes of you may not know what im talking about"

Although, my favorite show is PAULA DEAN!. She is just a ball of energy and i find her shows to be fun and she has some delicious recipes.

Mine would have to be Alton Brown from Good Eats...he breaks it down to a science and makes it very understandable with his cheesy and funny skits! Plus I have his cook book and it's phenomenal! My favorite shows are Good Eats and The Barefoot Contessa.

guy, the object is basically telling us something we already comprehend.. of direction each thing has been genetically changed to feed the ever-becoming large human inhabitants.. Why the hell is organic and organic costing lots if it makes use of much less chemical ingredients and greater organic stuff? i think of it incredibly is yet another advertising and marketing ploy, no longer all and sundry can arise with the money for to consume organic and organic each and all of the time. To be trustworthy, via fact the years flow via, i are becoming to be to a factor in existence the place i think of, 'Crap, if I die eating pork, heck, a minimum of I enjoyed it mutually as I lived!" Cheers to that!

Definately Good Eats. I love how he explains everything scientifically. even if I don't quite understand it, he gives a reason for doing things. He is also practical. He uses things that most everyone would have instead of using the latest gaget.
