i want to install my image ready cs2 program on my other computer, i already have it installed on my one computer, i have a external hard drive, can i somehow transfer cs2 image ready from my one computer to my hard drive and then install it onto my other computer? how do i do that?

To install it on another computer you need the installation files or the disk. You cannot "copy" a program from one computer to another. There are many reasons, one being that you dont even know where all the files are located for a given program.

Sorry, it won't work. You need your installation disc. When you install software, it copies files to a directory (usually within Program Files) but it also makes changes to the registry and adds system files and makes other changes. Also, since it's an Adobe product, you'll need to deactivate the first installation before installing it on another computer. You do that by going to the Help menu and selecting Deactivate (or something like that, I forget exactly what it's called).
