Are they productive conflicts? I don't understand? Duh?
You mean in law enforcement? That depends on what side you are on? ha ha To be real I think it is counter productive for the most part because of the concentration of quotas on ticket writing for revenue in every big town and city? We are broke so how are we getting the service? What about in a major city where the police are called into a dangerous area? and then they won't respond? Arent they sworn in to do that job? They should send in 10 cars if necessary? They put that badge on to Serve and Protect and I don't care how they think they have unionized and that they think it is not their job? That they twisted it around to say they're enforcers of the Law, and they listen to those lame brain Attorneys? When half their collars are thrown out for some reason? Then they say they hate attorneys? Come on they are following the script? They could change it? I just think they are lazy and cruel. and that they don't care anymore and that they are only interested in the benefits and their paychecks! A far cry from the civil law enforcement that was years ago? Where there were beat cops, and they new their neighborhoods and all the kids, and they did not arrest as much they would take the kids home instead and scare them, and play ball with some at times on the block! We have no more community and it is not the publics fault! It is the Lawyers, Judges, Politicians, and the Law Enforcement! They don't care to make a difference for the people, they are all in a league, and separately! Very Selfish people! Very few to none are good guys with white hats anymore!

The biggest conflict in America today is the one between secular law and religious law. Everyday people are forced to make a choice beteen what their religions teaches is the right way to be and what the secular law say they have to. While laws pertaining specificlly toreligion can't be passed for the most part, they have and continue to pass laws about more general actions and activities then INTERPRET them to apply in religious circumstances. This conflict can ONLY be resolved by making it IMPOSSIBLE for any NON-religious body to hve ANY say over the way the people of various religions deport themselves in any circumstances. IF the religion say you have to do something then no non-religious body can say they can't. If something is prohibited within the context of a religion then no one can say they have to do it. And if it isn't covered then it can't be imposed on them. The conflict as it stands is at a stand still because the religious people are too unwilling to assert their rights as a group, and the secular authorities are very careful about doing anything blatantly. If the religious community were to, en masse, act ONLY in accordance with their religious law and ignore ALL secular authority then the new policy would be set....

My biggest concern, illegals flooding into our country. It's more productive for them than Mexico and much more profitable for the person using them. The ever increasing departure of decent jobs, leaving only high paying technical jobs which most Americans do not possess the skills to do, or poverty level wages to do jobs most Americans really don't want to do, like ride around on the back of a trash truck all day. Health care becoming more and more impossible for a lot of Americans to have, and of course this four year old festering abscess.

Most of them are causing more harm
Lower-middle class versus upper-middle, and rich class.
Black vs. White
Latino vs. Black
White vs Latino
Immigrant vs Citizen
Under 30s versus those over 30.
There are so many in America, probably because America is one of the most diverse countries in the world. These are probably some of the most common ones, and of course each person is different.

Hmmm, good question. Social conflict?
Like when a vice president is elected to office and it's his platform that "gayness" is wrong....yet has a child of his own who is a lesbian.
That kind of social conflict?
