The verses are mostly in the Old Testament, but too many people just look up verses to try to get what they want. The verses must be read in the context of the whole chapter. Many of the Bible's promises have the condition of believing, obeying and living a life that honors God. That's why sin is so easy to spot. Sin is selfish & wants self to be exhalted.

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His Holy name.
Bless the Lord O my soul, and forget none of His benefits,
who forgives all your sins,
who heals all your diseases...
(Psalm 103:1-3)
Isaiah 53 is the great chapter of God's suffering servant.
It is noteworthy that in the KJV, and other versions, in verse 53:4 Where it says, "Surely He has born our griefs and carried our sorrows", the Hebrew word for grief is actually pains, and the word for sorrows is actually "sickness". You can confirm this for yourself by comparing the passage with Matthew 8:17 where Matthew quotes the passage and interprets it in this very way. See also I Peter 2:24, where Peter, quoting this passage states plainly; "for by His wounds you WERE healed." - past tense - not "will be", but "WERE" healed.
I would also recommend to you Mark 11:22-26, which is one of the most comprehensive promises in the Bible.
For further teaching along the line of divine healing, I would recommend to you the ministry of Kenneth E. Hagin, who as a boy 16 years of age, was raised up from his deathbed by simple faith in the word of God, and who walked in divine health for the next 70 years before God called him home in September of 2003 at age 87.

I usually go to a doctor for physical healing. Then I don't pray, don't have any christian friends, so nobody prays for me and I always do just fine.

Here are some verses I picked up from my concordance.
Matthew 8,2
"If thou wilt, Thou canst make me clean." - Leper to Jesus
Matthew 9,22
"Thy faith hath made thee whole."
Luke 4,18
"He hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives."
James 5,15
"The prayer of faith shall save the sick."
Peace and every blessing!

One of my personal favorites:

"But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed."
Isaiah 53:5
