Now days people make up their own meanings for things. "single" parent can mean, divorced, widowed or got knocked up and not married. Ex can be a former boyfriend or a ex spouse. Fiance can mean I have a ring and the date is set or I'm shacking up with him. In this case I believe they mean they have kissed only. My question is, why in the world is anyone telling you the details of their private relationship and why do you care to know?

Back in the early 80's when I was still counting bases, it meant touching. Things have changed. Who knows if that's what it still means.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with boobs. At least in my day.
My understanding is:
1st base: kissing
2nd base: feeling up, etc.
3rd base: in the panties, or oral sex/hand jobs
home run: all the way
