We have been dating for 2 years and i recently (2weeks ago) broke up with her. She has been calling me all day today and I havent been picking up. How should i get her to stop calling me besides changing numbers or blocking numbers? I just turned off my phone.

Just let her know that u will feel better if she is not calling u. Let her know the truth, aim sure she won't call u again.

Two options
1) Ignore her and she'll go away
2) If she really has been calling you everyday..maybe she needs some closure. Pick up the phone when she calls and let her talk until she feels better. Then say you don't feel that she is the right match for you and that it's best that you stop talking to each other cold turkey. She probably just wants to know why you broke up with her. So tell her (nicely).

She's calling because she still has feelings, she still hasn't accepted what has happened... in the mean time, there is nothing you can do, don't change numbers, don't turn your phone off, it will only make things worst if you do...

do pick up the phone here and there and talk to her about things that aren't related to the relationship... like, how are you, the days weather is not too bad, etc.

it will take time for her to recover and to heal, if you still care for her, then I suggest you be there as a friend and give her that time to heal...

She needs to go through the emotions of accepting and when she starts to accept, she won't bother you anymore...

just be patient, there is no different in waiting for a girl to love you and to fall out of love for you... its all about time and accepting.

She probably isn't trying to annoy you but after being with you for 2 years it's sometimes hard for someone to let go. With time she'll stop calling mostly because she'll realize she's making an as* of herself. Unless your ex is a total biatch then she's only calling to make you mad don't let it get to you first of all. To get rid of her I say answer her calls I bet that'll completely throw her off. Listen to what she has to say then say ok thanks bye. This could back fire and make her even more mad and she'll just keep calling and maybe eventually you'll have to change your number after all. hope i helped.

ask her to spend the night with you and a couple of your friends.
