What to breakouts concentrated in a specific area mean?
A while ago I read somewhere that depending on where you break out on your face (i.e. forehead, chin, cheeks only) it means different things about what might be wrong with your body (i.e. nutrition etc.)
HELP and explain!!! i get breakouts only on my middle forhead and i really wanna know if any nutrition or anything to help that (excercise, etc) can fix this problem!!!

I heard that breakouts on the forehead is because of too much sugar or caffine. Also, keep your hair washed really well and off your face, the oil from your hair also tends to affect the forhead area, causing breakouts. Try to avoid greasy and sugary foods, that will help with breakouts all over your body.

*If You have bangs and your hair gets oily very quick then the oil from your skin which it natrually produces combined with the hair oils can cause it or It can be genetic from generations and depending on how old you are thats another factor best thing to do is to wash your face everyday twice a day sometimes three with ACNEFREE wash and use some sort of herbal camomile topical creme it should help in three to four weeks keep washing DONT stop the twice a week wash and trust me it helps
** another factor could be irregular periods depending on whether your periods are regular it can cause break outs at random times
*** Another thing could be the brand of makeup product you use if it is clogging the pores constantly
hope this helped I know how it feels to break out and I havestruggled with it for 8 years and Im near adulthood so no worries
Another thing you should remember different facial products work for different people and if You ever heard choclate makes you break out - NOT TRUE! so good luck

If you wear glasses or sunglasses often, that may be the cause. Use astringent in that area before you wear them. Also, if you use a pillow case, it holds alot of oil from your skin, so changing it every few nights might help.

i used to have the same problem.
eat less oily foods, it always helps.
also, try using Neutrogena's "Deep Clean" face cream
along with their "on the spot" ointment. It got rid of all my acne in about a week.

im not sure but i heard that you can get breakouts on your forehead from a hat or bangs..i think its because your skin gets irritated and more bacteria can get in.
