some more than others.
i find kissing a womans clitoris (for long perionds of time) usually drives a woman crazy, to the point of extacy.
but in other terms.... if you kiss a womans butt, it can be pretty annoying after a while, which, in turn, can drive a woman nuts. To the point of leaving you. for not having a back bone.

depends on the kisser... you can know where a womans hot spots are, but its what you do with the object at hand not where you do it.
