It's all about mind control. Non-sexual nudity is only obscene, if your mind is dirty.
If non-sexual nudity is labeled obscene, it means that you’re self consciousness have been told to think dirty about nudity at all time.
If non-sexual nudity labeled as acceptable or normal, it means that you’re mind not allowed to think dirty about nudity and you must control your mind and behavior. Or else, you’ll be considered obscene.
Based on some history, I’ve seen it as true :
1. In old time in Japan, it’s common to have man and women mixed bathing in full nude. Nobody have dirty mind about it, because it’s considered acceptable or normal. But after the western come and change things….everybody there will have a dirty mind about it now.
2. In most Pacific Islands, long time ago women are always half naked. The rest of it are same things like in Japan above.
Please consider about this and tell me your wise opinion...

The US is the main western influence for this... Americans tend to be very conservative with this sort of thing.
Europe has no trouble with recognizing non-sexual nudity and they have nudity all the time, it's all over their billboards and in their commercials and on TV. It's not depravity, but natural. It's bad for our development of course to shun our natural forms...
It's not coincidence that their rates of rape, sexual abuse and molestation are far lower than ours.

There is quite a difference between nudity and sex. Nudity of course is our natural state of being. You aren't born with clothes on. They are an adaptation to the environment. In fact, it's one of the few cases where humans actually adapt to their environment rather than trying to change their environment to adapt to them. Har har!
People associate nudity with sexuality because that's what we've been led to assocaite it with through this culture/civilisation. Nudity is a taboo or forbidden thing and that increases it's appeal. Kind of like how alcohol is managed. In countries where children are exposed to alcohol at a young age, and there are no prohibiting rules regarding it. The children grow up having a more balanced view of alcohol, several European countries come to mind. Whereas in North America, it's something that is forbidden to some and something that is glorified, so when the time comes, there's some feeling of deprivement and overindulgence.

When people have sex they do it nude. also being nude, makes you vulnerable to more rape, and such. also physical attacks bug bites too, so its probably not the best idea. To me my body is a sacred thing and I don't want to just give anyone a free show. And if your naked you don't need to have a dirty mind its all there for you to see. If you really are evolved you would care less about whether its good to be naked or not, you would be un biased and neutral and just not care what anyone was wearing. I do think it is about mind control, yes but why would anyone want pervs that cant control theirs drooling all over them. in the past sexual history like ancient Egypt, nudity abounded. also sexual depravity. If you really look deeper into it and do more research you will find that with open nudity in cultures their was also open sexuality and more sexual problems like rape, incest. also more sexual openness like orgies and homosexuality. And lots of open sexual art, polygamy ...and so on. so That's my views.

I think there's another thing to consider.In non tropical places clothing was a necessity.The climate was not conducive to little or no clothing.And then when the church came in it brought a lot of taboo's.When you think about it living on a tropical island was ideal for little or no clothing.and if it is a normal way of living then the thought's of it being wrong would not occur to you.These thing's being labeled obscene was probably done by an outsider.If you remember your History the early European's thought bathing would make you sick.

The nude human body is one of the most beautiful things any of us could ever see. You are right; nudity need not be sexual. However, I would suggest that sexuality is a wonderful blessing that need not be frowned upon. Embrace beauty. Embrace nudity. Embrace passion. Embrace sexuality.

Many people today do not have control over their minds.
So nudity leads to lust, and lust leads to many terrible things.
The Bible says that we should flee from temptations that could cause us to sin, and that is why nudity is wrong!
