I wouldn't say that you are still a newbie, on level 3. I am not sure how long one has to be here to be a veteran.
You mustn't apologize for asking questions, most of us have asked many. just relax and enjoy being here. There are a lot of really good people at P&S. Just join in and have fun.

I wouldn't qualify a level 3 as a newbie. Behavior can be annoying depending on a person's tastes and sense of decorum. It isn't just about being new or old.

when you get a newbie under you to be in charge of... That's how I found out... LoL... my supervisor still calls me probie(similar to newbie) and i call my subordinate probie...
