My cousin has a friend that I met at his birthday party last year, and my cousin told me he don't care if I go out with him...that he thinks its pretty cool that I like his friend and so I talk to the guy the other day on the phone. He goes to another school but in the same state and district so we still see each other... how do I tell him that I like him? Would it be bad to call him sometimes or all the time...well, not every single day but once in a while? Can anyone give me some tips?

You should get to know him a little bit more first. Yeah you can call him & tlak to him but make sure he calls you too, just so you know that he shares tha same feelings & he wants to talk to you. You should also tell him that you like him, because more then likely he will share tha same feelings. GOOD LUCK GIRL !!

Don't stalk him on the phone. He needs to be thinking of you and be curious about you and want to get to know you better. Don't tell him everything all about yourself when you see him. Ask questions, talk about mutual interests, but let him wonder about you a little bit. Then, he will call you.
You know that you're going to be seeing him around through your cousin and whatever, so just be cool and take things a little slowly.
Do you know what makes something valuable? The fact that it's rare (like diamonds). If you chase him and flirt too obviously, you will be making yourself like ALL the other girls. But you need to make yourself a little rare, and show him how you're different to the other girls. Be friendly, but don't chase him.
There's an old proverb that says - "Kisses that are easily obtained are soon forgotten". And a lot of my guys friends say that it's true.

Easy. Talk to him a little. ask him if you can call him on the phone. then once you guys know a lot about each other, ask him who he likes. and if he tells you, you will know. tell him you wont tell anyone, and if he tells you, tell him, because if you dont, it would not be fair. you never know, maybe he likes you back. its also easier to AIM or text them. then tell him you like him. sometimes it just builds up and you jsut burst out and say it, which is kind of the best feeling.

O.K. Spunky, here ya go...
1) Do not get too emotionally attached... save that for down the road when you know the person a little better and know you can trust them with your feelings.
2) YES!!! you should call, or e-mail, or (whatever) and tell him you would like to spend some time with him... getting to know him better and doing stuff.. (whatever you do; i.e. dancing, skating, etc.).
3) Take your time.. know the person.. and enjoy each other for who you are...

Why don't you ring him it wouldn't do any harm, speak to him when you see him and as each time goes on talk longer then ask your cousin to put in a good word for you

You need to wait for the perfect time, but if he says "he dont care" then a. he dont care. or b. he really likes you but he doesnt want anyone to know yet but yeh. wait for the perfect time
