Yes. I read the community guidelines on the subject.
The most common rejects are:
1.Using certain offensive terms such as kill, hate, stinking, dirty, (I am sure you get the idea -- and then of course cuss words.
2. Using a question to chat with other members, or referring to another member in your question
3. If anyone reports you for insulting them with your question
4. Failure to use who, what,when, how, or where. Although this type of question is sometime allowed through.
5. If I can think of more, I will update this post later.

Not so much that because I don't really ask Q's but I have been having trouble giving thumbs up and down. It keeps telling me my session has expired...whatever that means...
Edit: Luckily, I didn't have any trouble giving the "thumb of death" to sammasati's lame, space wasting, dumbass, non-answer rant...
