Silicone caulk will do it.

Drilling is really the only answer. First, get some flexible conduit for the wires. Then get a grommet that fits tightly over the conduit. Then buy or find a drill bit the correct size for the narrowest part of the grommet. Always use a sharp drill bit to avoid chipping the paint around the hole.

After drilling, dab a little nail polish around the edges of the hole to keep moisture away from the metal (primer and paint would be better, if you have some - but never use primer on its own. It will let moisture through to the metal.)

Insert the grommet into the hole you just drilled. Run the wires through the conduit, then through the rubber grommet (the flexible conduit is to protect the wires from the elements.) Now, push the conduit into the grommet. Then use a little dab of silicone around the conduit where it passes through the centre of the grommet.

lucky for you its a bronco run the wires under that lip for the removable top, use a little clear silicone to keep water from seeping through around the sides of the wires.
i have found that much better for wires.
will you be mounting the bar to your rain drop rails? or making holes for that too?

if you run conduit thru a hole in your roof, you will have a crappy looking interior.

There should be kits for it. If not, a small rubber gromit should be able to seal the hole or weather proof silicone.
