First of all, she is not your best friend. Friends don't do that to one another and what do you mean, should i let her? Of course you shouldn't let her steal your boyfriend.
The easiest way for you and him to deal with this is to present her a united front. Let your boyriend knows whats going on and ask him what he wants to do. Ask him if he wants her or you and if he says you then you should both go to her and he should tell her that he wants her to back off because he likes you.
Asking your boyfriends opinion is important because it's about him and the last thing you want is for him to fall for her and dump you when you're not prepared. Askign him who he wants straight out is also a good way to get perspective on your relationship.
This girl is not your friend and your boyfriend should care enough about you to be able to tell her that he doesn't want her.

Woop that trick,well violence isn't good but let her know to back off that's your man.But worn her if she chooses to keep on trying to be a homewrecker let her know she's gonna have to go though you to get him,maybe your bf can resolve this.If he tells her to back off you're the only one he wants,and that she is nothing,she probably will back off.You better not even talk to this girl,no matter what happens.She is a backstabbing trick.

Oooo, I like it, I like it (my idea).
Teach her a lesson, make her never forget it.
Whatever she's doing to break you and ur b/f up, let her keep doin' it. And then, PRETEND to break up in front of her, just don't let ANYONE know that you are pretending. Then, once you're friend starts flirting with him. Have him pretend to daydream about you. She'll be wondering what he is so occupied with up in that head of his. She'll prolly ask him. And he'll sigh with a dreamy eyes and say, " ______ (ur name), wow. I can't stop thinkin about her."
She'll be puzzled and confused.
Then, I'm pretty sure you can take it from there, right?

Um...she doesn't really sound like much of a friend, let alone a best friend. But no, definetley don't let her. I vote take action.
