I view that god as an usurper, violent, vengeful and jealous, (words from their own holy book)nothing about that says loving.

God would send someone to hell because of their sin. Sin is a very wretched thing and none of us can really understand how awful it really is. Without the cleansing Jesus Christ offers, we're all doomed to eternal damnation.
The thought that there is absolutely no evidence is very false. The prophet Daniel foretold Alexander the Great, the Ptolemy and Seleucid empires, and the Roman empire long before they existed. How could a mere man predict that? Scholars to this day confess that Jesus did exist. Also remember that the Bible was canonized based on witnesses (the reason the feeding of the 5000 was validated was because there were people who said I WAS THERE!). I could go on and on...
Jesus was exactly who He said He was. God is not only loving, but JUST as well (everyone seems to forget that). Until you gain even the faintest idea of the seriousness of sin, you'll never understand why you'd be sent to hell without the sacrifice of Christ.
The Truth is there, but it's up to you whether you choose to see it or not. Don't stop until you have found Christ. God Bless.

Dear Deazone,
Yahweh does NOT send anybody to hell.
Hell is eternal seapration from the awesome uncreated Creator of the universe than He does NOT want anybody to be eternally separated from Him. That is why He came in the flesh to make a way for each person who accepts Him to be put into a right relationship.
People have been trying to make their own way by doing good works for thousands of years and none of the ways has worked.
That is why He came in the flesh to make the Way for us. He left evidence galore and abundant proof but if people just throw up their hands and refuse to open their eyes, then of course they aren't going to get the proof they want.
Have you read Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis? He was an atheist who decided to disprove God and he figured the honest way to go about his proof was to read the Bible. The wonderful thing is that as he read he found Yahweh. Lee Strobel is another former atheist who didn't just talk but he set out to disprove God and ended up proving.
Have you been honest in your refusal to see God? Check out Evidence That Demands a Verdict by Josh McDowell. Proof is all around you if you are telling us the truth.
Yahweh is more loving than all the human beings who have ever lived, are alive now and will ever lived combined!!!

God did leave proof. Look around you, and see the beauty in the earth, stars, sun, moon. How a baby is born, A cow has 4 stomachs. There is so much intricate things in this world. He has given everyone a chance to know Him. We make choices in life whether we will follow God or we will follow self and Satan. I believe He is real. I can breath and move, and see. Only God could allow me to live each day.

God sent His only son to die for you! Does that sound like a hateful God??
There is evidence of the existence of God. There is no proof, but there is evidence to give a reasonable argument that He is here. (check out the link below)
Lastly, you are already condemned by your sin to go to hell. God has provided you a way out. If you reject His sacrifice, then you send yourself to hell.

The real question here is "How can God not send the non believer to hell?" Once you know the answer to that you will understand.
Since all mankind sinned and are not righteous it looks like there is no hope.........but there is hope because God sent His Son Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for our sins. If we believe that Jesus Christ paid the penalty God gives us His righteousness and we are not sent to hell.

OK slow down and look up a few things first.
He left plenty of proof:
YOU
the Universe
the intricacies of the species
Proof of the Bible:
Code of Hammurapi
Ruins of Jericho
Mesha Stele
Merneptah Stele
Shishak Relief
Edict on Cyrus Cylinder
Ephesus ruins
JESUS CHRIST walking the earth
Paul's mission trips
THE BIBLE
You do not go to hell if you don't believe, you go to hell if you don't accept him in your heart and repent because you are a sinner. Are you a sinner? A loving God? Absolutely, he created you and still in our disobedience, instead of destroying us gave his only son to die so you COULD go to heaven. Its another realm, another space in another form of time, not of our understanding. He is just asking you to accept it and ask that he make himself real to you.
God Bless

The bible teaches that "hell" is *NOT* a fiery place of torment, but is actually the common grave of mankind. There is no suffering in "hell", or the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire

A non-believer goes to hell because they have sinned against a Holy God, not because of their unbelief. As it is written: "For the wages of sin is death..." (Romans 6:23a)
You don't have to go to hell, however. To prevent that, you can receive the promise in the next part of the passage I quoted above: "...but the free gift of God is eternal life in union with Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23b)
God has given us plenty of evidence for His existence, and for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. One of these is His special revelation; that is, the Bible. It is a historically verified document that has stood up to an onslaught of attacks for millennia, and survived.
God has also given us His general revelation, to prove His existence. The world around us is filled with wonder, if we stop and actually look.
The problem is, we like to live how we want...and we suppress the truth (the obvious). If we actually acknowledge that there is a God in Heaven, we might actually have to obey. And that (in our depraved minds) would steal our "fun."
As it is written: "For God's wrath is being revealed from heaven against all the ungodliness and wickedness of those who in their wickedness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God himself has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes-his eternal power and divine nature-have been understood and observed by what he made, so that people are without excuse." (Romans 1:18-20)
This verse demonstrates that there are two revelations to mankind, and that we love our wickedness and suppress the truth of God. We want to be king, not God. But denying Him just heaps up judgment on ourselves. When we choose to reject Him, and end up in hell, we must walk over Christ's dead body to get there.
As to Yahweh being loving or not, I can show several passages that demonstrate this, but one says it best: "For this is how God loved the world: He gave his unique Son so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

Jesus said that those who deny Him before others, He will deny before His Father and the Holy Angels.
God is Love.
The only ones that actually go to hell fire are those who reject Jesus Christ & Gods Saving Grace, when God is presenting Himself & His love.
