Well when there is no one to relate with one tends to relate more with their computer. However this site is addictive, I have to agree because it's interesting to see what kind of Q's people ask and it can make me howl with laughter at times and putting me in a better mood than when i started. When I can't sleep I get onto answers and start answering. It helps to better organize thoughts and opinions by writing them down. Sometimes I'll come across a Q that I never thought to ask that I've wanted an answer to. So... it isn't a total waste of time

I just started a few months ago ... don't think I'm addicted yet, but I find myself going to Answers efore leaving the computer, no matter what I'm on for. Guess I'm heading to the pit of the addicted ...but it'sfun, and sometimes very informative.

I think it affects us all this way. I'm on Level 6, & if I haven't fought my addiction successfully by now, you won't either!!! It's that extra level, more points, "Best Answers" & valued comments from the other players that keep us all going.

Join the club. You've only been here 2 days...I live here now....I get out of my bed each day and come here, I'm here until it's time to go to bed at night. As soon as I come home from work I come straight here. I hate it when the Yahoo! thought police catch me and deduct points. I have a problem with being nice when I answer the dumb questions in Singles & Dating. Have you been there yet?
Hey, who gave me a thumbs down? and why?
I think I'm about to get off this thing. The questions in my fave category (Singles & Dating) are getting so stupid that I can't even bare to read them any more. Why do 10 & 11 year old girls need information about dating? Duh!!!

When you get to level 3 and theres no hope of any further progress for ages, the novelty dies off a bit.
It was also a dissapointment to me to find out that the levels arent that exciting after all.............sniff..

i think what makes it so addictive is the whole concept of it,the number of people make it interesting and it is always changing, never stops, goes 24 hours, always someone here.do you really want help for this addiction?!!
oh and its educational,informative.....
