For a period of time, I was depressed and I was getting used to overdosing. I attempted suicide on three occasions, and I lied my way through therapy. The only thing that got me through was the fact that I was at the time hearing voices inside of my head. There were many, but there were three that came back on multiple occasions. Two sounded like men, one was a woman's voice. The men's voices told me to just pull the trigger and get over it, while the women's voice often came back just before I managed it, and reminded me why I was supposed to keep going. They whispered about a non existant God, and a form of "Satan." They left me, although I'm still overdosing occasionally (out of habit, not a desire for death.) But inside of me, I still remember the things that I heard and I truly believe everything I was told about "satan." Is talking about devil worshipping (not sacrificial) an offense if you do it on web pages or in, say, a packed restaurant with plenty of people to overhear?

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Hi!
Don't mind the sacarsm you see on some of the spiritually blind? They will eventually know that there is a spirit realm on the day their souls leave their bodies. They don't have to believe this...it will happen despite their beliefs. When something exists, it does exist, whether people believe in it or not....
Anyway, let me help you...demons are real...there are demons that are assigned to cause depression and eventually hand over the victim to the spirit of suicide...there are people we pray for in the name of Jesus to be delivered from such spirits...and they do get delivered...but sadly some of them don't give their lives to Christ therefore the suicide spirit comes back to their bodies...
Don't listen to limited knowledge of a psychaitrist who tell you that those voices are just your imaginations or hallucinations...
Satan does have a free reign on those who are not born-again and those who live in sin.Sin is like faeces and demons are like flies.Where there is faeces, flies will be around the corner!
You need to get to a born-again Christian church that does deliverance from demonic oppression...
Jesus' Blood is able to set you free from addictions...it is real!I know devils feel it too. Please run for help before you reach a point of no-return.
Please I am begging you to communicate with me.I have written this so that others who need help in this area will e-mail me.
I want to help you.
Jesus loves you so much...He is real...please don't think I am crazy...I am a learned man academically but I know that my knowledge of science and engineering does not wipe away the REALITY of spirit realm, Jesus, God, Satan, devils, hell etc
Both of those voices come from Satan and they want to use you to spread the news that God does not exist...the bible explains Satan as the father of lies...Satan is the master of deceptions.Don't fall for those voices!Anytime they want to kill you they would for as long as you are not given yourself to Jesus Christ...they just want to use you to fulfil the greatest deception of all time...that there is no God...If you are well-known, you can be assured that Satan wants to use those voices to get you to spead the lies that there is no God.

John 10:10 - "The enemy comes to kill, to steal and to destroy, but I have come to give you life and give it more abundantly."
If you give Satan the power...to get you out of the game (sidelined forever) he will kill you. You my dear are a threat to him.
Even when someone is a follower of Satan, he will not find relief. Satan still wants to destroy you.
If you'll re-read the scripture above, it says he comes to do it. It doesn't say he will or has done it. You still have to power to say, "Get behind me Satan." However, it's only effective if you are a Christian (follower of Jesus Christ.)
You have choices to make...and a purpose here on earth.
Never, ever give up!!!

No, but we have a cure for your voices in the head problem. It is called "casting out demons." Next time you hear them, mention the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and watch them tremble.

it's weird, but I'd say it is necessary if it might prevent you from killing yourself.
I'd like to think that the women's voice was your guardian angel protecting you from doing something stupid.

Uh... ugh.
Sir, you need to go to therapy. I'm sorry to hear about your troubles and your problems... Still, you need to go to therapy and you need and be honest.
It's not an offense. But, it's dangerous. Please, don't do it.
