Honestly you just wan't to ignore her. I'm not saying be best friends with her or have xmas dinner with her, but just be civil and polite to her. I mean yeah you can tell him you don't like her and he should understand, but nothing more than that. The moment you bit.ch about his friend to him or say anything about her he'll start to think "hang on this person is my friend why are you being mean about her?" and you'll drive him more towards her because he'll be sticking up for her. If that all makes sense. I'm in the same situation but with my friend and her boyfriend..I hate him, and she knows it. But the more I show it the more I'm forcing her to stick up for him and go to him.
