Here's an interesting fact: Canada has more fresh water (lakes, ponds, streams, rivers, etc.) than the rest of the world combined.

The great lakes, lake of the woods in Kenora Ontario, any interior lake that is not near any oceans . Oceans have salt water, lakes are fresh water.
