Spray your hair with alittle water before you use your favorite styling product. It works every time.

Someone commented that you might need a humidifier, especially if you live in a dry and cold climate like mine. That's a good idea. You're right, it does have a lot to do with the weather and where you live.

I have found that letting my hair dry naturally instead of blow-drying really helps with static.

No one really wants to carry a dryer sheet around all the time... The next time you put lotion on your hands, rub it into your hands well and then brush your hands lightly over your hair. It works for me!

Best of hair luck!

That happens to me a lot, and John Freida's Frizz-Ease really helps calm down your hair.

Ya might wanna try fixing your spelling and then you might want to throw out all your rugs at home, or shave your head bald. Maybe try installing humidifiers at your house. Do you have a house? With a computer in it? With spell check on it? Try using it!

Dryer sheets or baby oil (not too much though).

Deep conditioning treatments to keep your hair moisturized will fight static.
