try talking to him and getting to know him more before you say you love him because he my not turn out to be the guy you thought he was.

either on a note or personally in the face.much better to write a note.i like a guy too but i don't know if its love.i willl ask him for his e-mail address.but i am shy.i will have to practice.

You didnt put much up here but, if you are flirting with him and he's really flirting back. try to put it in there or find a good friend who's close to him. then get that person to sneak it into a conversation
