Hey, thank's for reading. im a freshman in highschool, i like this girl rebecca i met her at school shes a junior, a while ago, i ended up really flirting with her when i went to buy her a pizza and we were talking and i said "wow you flirt allot" in a joking way and she kept deniing it filnally she said "ok well only with you" so inside i was dancing and happy but outside i played it really cool and we end up flirting for about 2 weeks and i relize that she reallly does flirt allot. but it didnt bother me till monday and i thought id ask her if she liked me and i waited tilll valentines day and she said the worst thing "i dont know im new at this school and allot of guys like me" and they do but for those 2 weeks i dressed nicley and acted proper never got to hyper let her come to me and now i need to know if i should talk to her tomarrow to say "i hope i didnt push you to hard about asking you" and all i want to see is if someone can help me for what to do and say PLEASE.

I think this girl likes being the centre of attention. She's new to the school and like a brand new toy, los of guys are interested. My advice is to wait. Just be friendly. Soon the shiny newness will wear off and she won't have as many suitors at the door. You'll find that she might go out with a guy and it might last two weeks or a month until he realises that she's actually a person, not just the 'new girl'. You seem to genuinely like her and with a response like " lots of guys like me" says that at the moment she thinks so can do better so she's waiting to see what offers she gets before makign a decision. Wait it out for a bit, when the other guys loose interest and she settles into the school ask her again.

um I dont know if you should be too apologetic. that sounds more like you just want her even MORE. that would be pushing her EVEN more. but on the other hand, she could interpret that for being really nice..
but I am not so sure. GIRLS LOVE TO FLIRT. we love attention. & if shes a junior then Im not sure she just wants the attention from you because if shes new she certainly doesnt want the rep of going out with a freshman. im not trying to kill your spirits, just lay down the facts.
is there someone else you could like? you sound like such a sweet guy if you're going through all that just for her. im sure you could charm some other girl & sweep HER off her feet.

Some girls really are just flirters. They can have absolutely no feelings for the person and do everything but have sex with them because it makes them feel wanted and pretty. If I were you I would just show her that you are a constant in her world and that you enjoy her company not just her looks and flirting. She will come around and if she doesn't then at least you have a great friend.

A lot of girls flirt a lot. So it may not mean anything. Just tell her how you feel and hope that she feels the same way. If nothing happens then you two can just be friends (it's still okay to flirt too).

She's right,,your not the only one in the school,,,there are alot of other guy's to checkout in that school and maybe it's best to keep looking for another too,,like she is..Maybe she'll come to her sense when she see's you with another girl...You know when a GIRL really likes you,it'll be written all over their face..so,keep that radar going ahh.,and good luck in whatever you decide.

You want her to like you and tried to impress her, but she doesn't like you that much as she wants the attention from other guys too. She is not ready to have a boyfriend. You will only end up heartbroken.
Find another girl who will like you in return.

well I would tell her that you are sorry if you came on too strong but that you felt like she was a nice girl you were intrested in getting to know better. Tell her maybe that you guys could just hang out if she wants and see if anything develops from that.

well the thing is love has a way of making you blind to things thats obvious.I think u should play it kool.You already expressed how u feel, to do otherwise would either make u look like a fool or just desperate.You need to make her feel you are in demand and any girl can like you just as well.
