Well,
The best way for it to get out of your system is not to do it at all. For a Urines test most people say 2 weeks but it varies.
For a blood test it can take 6 or more months.
For a hair test it can take 6 or more years.

More than a week.
If a company advertises for job applicants, and states that "we are a drug free company", and you are a weekend user, don't bother.... And there is nothing that you can do to hasten the chemical in weed to leave your system faster... It has an exact half life, in everyone, just as alcohol does, and your liver can break it down only so fast..... So, get off the stuff, if you wish to get ahead, and make a decent living.... Companies tests for MJ users because of liabilities and insurance, and they simply can't afford to keep you... and will let you go if during a random test week you are positive..... so you won't get hired and you won't stay employed........ sorry, dude.

It can take up to 30 days after the last time you smoked. But it compounds. If you are a heavy user it will take longer.

See if any of these sites help you out. And I would lay off the pot if I were you. It will only get you in trouble now a days, if you are trying to get somewhere in life.
