I have a longer forhead. Bangs covering all of my forhead look dumb and swooping my bangs to the side only covers on side of it. Any suggestions?

I don't have any good hair suggestions. But if you're making your eyebrows super-thin, you might consider instead making the most of them. I know I'm really prone to over-plucking and over-waxing.

Dramatic brows might draw attention downward, away from the topmost part of your face.

But you know, I'll bet you're lovely as you are! Just some thoughts! Best of luck.

Equally significant are any features you prefer to minimize. Actress Goldie Hawn has worn lush side-swept bangs her entire life. Her secret? A large forehead. Robert Hallowell believes that "bangs can be the answer to a lot of facial challenges.

He commented that besides downplaying large or too-small foreheads, bangs can slim a round face, soften sharp edges and play up beautiful eyes".

Have you tried just wearing a light, thin fringe of bangs, instead of thick bangs? That helps soften the look of a large forehead, without looking strange like thick bangs do.

Also, try to remember that sometimes the things we hate most about our appearance may be the very same things that set us apart from the crowd and make us distinctively beautiful.

Layers will help a lot. Try to have some what of your hair covering your forehead, but overall, you need a good hair cut.

Then get a new hairdo that suits your face.
