It's okay. Unless of course she is already sick with like strep throat or something along those lines.
You can not get cancer from kissing though.

Brush your teeth first and make sure she does too, that way there is less bacteria. No you will not get cancer just kiss the girl but make sure she wants to be kissed.

hahaha... you'll get sick pretty bad if she's sick. I know people that got herps from kissing but it's not a big deal. They just can't eat much cause their mouth hurts everytime they eat.

if she wants to kiss u.i think that u guys should kiss on the cheek first.adn for a long time.but if she feels uncomfortable about that then don't kiss her.
