Go there.

Step 1: Breathe. Not breathing can cause you to die and not get to the desired emergency room.

Step 2. Ask yourself the following question: What is wrong with me? if you cannot answer that, go to the ER. If you can answer, stay home, because you're probably a doctor.

Step 3. Get into a car go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Step 4. Step in front of the doors to make them open, they are the fancy-shmancy Jedi-Mind Powers doors that open on their own. Walk inside, and cordially greet the counterhelp.

Step 5. Congratulations, you are in the Emergency Room! Give yourself a pat on the back, assuming your arms aren't the problems.

If you cannot drive, call 911. They will pick you up and escort you to the said ER. Repeat step 5.

Can't you just go? Do you need it for yourself? Is it an insurance issue? Are you trying to visit someone? If it's for you and you simply aren't being seen in a timely manner, the staff at my local hospital recommended that we go home and call an ambulance, and have the ambulance bring us in. Just a suggestion.

If it's really crowded and you really really need to be seen, call and ambulance. They have to take you first. If you mean that you can't be seen because you have no insurance, it's a law in most states that they must see you in an ER, but you can expect an nice fat bill. Especially with ambulance assistance.
