I fear most vegetables, oddly enough.
The tomato, which I fully recognize is not a vegetable, sends me into convulsions.

I really have no idea as to the point of an Aubergine - frikkin' disgusting, only really has any worth in a mousakka and even then it kinda spoils it.

This looks like fusspots corner.I cannot think of a single vegetable I don't like. Some are definately nicer than others but it depends on what you are eating them with or what they are in.

The only thing I will say in defence of people that detest cetain veg is that they may well have never had them cooked properly.I cannot stand badly cooked/ overcooked veg!

Green varieties of cabbage. White not so bad as in coleslaw but any cabbage that you cook is just no good. Either steamed and bitter/rubber/stringy or boiled and watery and stinks the whole house out like mammoth monster guffs. Anyone who says they like it is lying in a self-righteous-I'm so healthy- way and I swear they just disguise it with lots of roast potatoes.

I love all vegetables.........apart from one, and that is sweet potato. It just tastes horrible. It's a good job it's not a national favourite over here.
