Everyone who believes, be they Jewish or Gentile, is part of the spiritual Church, mystical body, and the BRIDE of the Messiah, Y'shua, the Son of God.
Abraham and his physical descendants THROUGH ISAAC, are part of physical Israel, through the blood covenant that God made with Abraham in Genesis 15.
In Genesis, God told Abraham that his descendants would be numbered as the sand and also the stars. The sand represents [hysical Israel, the name meaning PRINCE WITH GOD, and the
stars of the sky, which represents the CHURCH, those who be-lieve on Y'shua, Who is the Son of God, the Messiah, which means the Annointed One (Read Is.61), and our Passover Lamb.
When God called Abraham and made covenant with him, He told him that in him shall all the families of the earth be blessed --- be-cause through his COVENANT descendants, starting with the son that God promised him, the Messiah would come THROUGH
ISRAEL.
Israel was meant to receive her Messiah when He came the first time and take the gospel of peace and salvation to the rest of the
world, but only a portion of Israel believed and answered the call of God, mainly the disciples and the apostle Paul, who was a pharisee named Saul of Tarsus,
Hope this helps you some..... :-)

Galations 6: 16 And all those who will walk orderly by this rule of conduct, upon them be peace and mercy, even upon the Israel of God. These are the ones spoken of in Revelation 7: 4 the 144,000 if one pays attentions these are not ones taken from the actual 12 tribes. These are ones originally taken from Israel the nation. Now they are taken from people of all nations. They are chosen for special privilege, to rule with Christ over the earth Revelation 5: 10

I have never read that. Some people think that the church is spiritual Israel, but that is not correct. Israel is still Israel, the church is a new thing.

True Israel is those who are in Christ. The Church is Spiritual Israel.
Romans 9:8
"In other words, it is not the natural children who are God's children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's offspring."
Galatians 3:29
"If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."

The Hebrew word "Israel" found in the Tanach (old testament) has two meanings.
The land, Israel, and the people, Israel. The Tanach is the story of the relationship between God and His people, Israel.

The Torah. And it still says that. "no letter of the law shall be changed." So anyone who changes it is breaking G-d's law. (replacement theology)
