First of all, I'd say it depends on what state you live in. The age of consent differs depending on what part of the country you reside.
And I guess it doesn't even matter since he was deported anyway! Problem solved!

depends on where you live I guess, but in North America, no, this is not okay. A 14 year old cannot even begin to understand a 19 yr old male. She needs a chance to be a kid, not tied down to someone who will likely control her. On the other hand if it was say, she was 18 and he was 23 it would be a little more acceptable. Age differences when one is so young can be really damaging - not to mention illegal in some places.

i don't think this is ok. thats a five year age difference, it would be ok if they were both adults, but your sister is only 14 and probobly doesn't have much experience dating yet. this 19 year old could be thinking about sex and your sister is too young and probobly not ready for that. i think its a good thing that he got deported because long distance relationships usually don't work, your sister will move on to someone else eventually

No it's not...At nineteen he has way more on his mind than just holding hands and smooching. She should definitly look for someone just a couple years younger.I know at 14 to have an older guy check you out is absolutly thrilling but it will end in heartache.

NO! This is called Statuatory Rape ... or Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor ... or ... just a Criminal Action. Absolutely NOT! The 14 year old is still a little girl, and the 19 year old is just predatory.

No, a 19 year old has nothing in common with a 14 yr old and its also illegal in just about every state. You need to step in and put an end to this before she ends up pregnant and dumped.
