I live on spicy food. I guess it effects different people differently. Some have sensitive stomachs. I actually heard spicy food is good for you overall.

Actually, H.Pylori is known to cause ulcers. And some preliminary research suggests that some cancers may be caused by cell wall deficient bacteria, invisible to most lab tests.
Spicy foods in and of themselves should be no problem, it's the high carb, high fat, high acid, high sugar diets that promote growth of these bacteria and imbalances in the yeasts/flora of the gut. A balanced diet, even including spicy foods, would be fine, in comparison.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

I have no idea, personally , but many scientific studies said YES. Spicy food is dangerous for ulcers, especially if the person already has problems. It may cause bleeding, internal irritations,
of course in big amount.

No. The most it could do is make the liquid in your stomach more violent, but over time yout body will adjust to it. It has also been proven that spicy foods are good in many ways.
