Clonidine is an anti-hypertensive drug, meaning it is for the treatment of blood pressure mainly, but is often used for other things. The effect from it is calming and some people get really sleepy when they take it. I don't know of any way this medicine could suppress emotions. It is not likely, but I could be wrong. Call a pharmacist and ask. One would know for sure!
