ive been sick for the past week and im not sure what it is..i feel completely drained..and i hate everyone for no reason.. im just hating the world..and all i want to do is cry..i feel so tired..acouple days ago i was throwing up and my head hurt and i felt so dizzy..what do i have??

Sounds more like depression/anxiety. The flu does not cause behavioral symptoms like that. You should find a therapist to speak to.

Sounds like you may be pregnant if you are a woman.If not you may just be depressed about something. See a doctor

urinary track infection can be the problem, if you dont know what that is ill tell you. Its when manuver gets on your unrinary section and confuses the urinary track and will get you fevers, vomiting, headaces.
