The above are correct, but it's more like "you look beautiful" than "you are..." because it says "estás" not "eres". That means that she looks beautiful/gorgeous in this moment. It's probably a compliment to the way the girl is dressed or maybe when the person hasn't seen her in a while.

Note: "Guapa" is feminine ("guapo" is the masculine form) and means pretty/attractive/hot, etc.
"GuapÃsima" is a form of the same word, but it means more of it. So rather than just pretty, it means really pretty.
