My dogs **** are red and swollen and she recently had puppies, what should i do?

It could just be irritation from the puppies sucking, or it could be something more serious like mastitis. You might want to at least call the vet's office to see if they have any suggestions over the phone, but your best bet is probably going to the vet to let him look at it and make sure what it is.
