And if they crossbreed, my offsprings are born with out some of their feathers. I have provide them with vitamins. But they still have not grown their feathers when full grown.

NEVER CROSSBREED!!!

No different than any other living creature. Never crossbreed, you take the risk of getting deformed babies and they probably won't live as long.

Do you mean in-breed? Of course they can in breed but that doesn't mean they should. They usually don't live very long if they do. You need to find someone to trade birds with or "buy and sell" those you've bred will be healthier for it.

Cross breeding birds you'll end up with variations in coloring, size etc.
