Please help what should i have as my number one prioity?

i have a ipod but i dont think so any more casue i let this one kid borrow it but he hasnt gave it back. it was been over a month. He said that he left it at a hotel and had to go get it but doesnt know when he will. I like this one girl.... i dont really know her, she is sooooooo beautiful. I really want money. im 14 in 9th grade. I am into basketball and im workin on my vertical leap. I have soo much goin on in my life and most of it is bad sooo i neeb YOUR help. The kid with my ipod is not in any of my classes. i have lent it to him befor aand he has given it back. I baught Therichjerk.com and it costs alot to start like 150 i have enough but i wanna know if i should. I NEED help whit the girl PLEASE anything will help. The best advice on everything will get the 10pts. thanks

1) Talk to the kid with your iPod. Ask him when he is going to go and get it. If it's soon, let it go. If not, tell him you want it back now, or you will file charges for theft. If it's been a month, then it is likely you won't get it back without force.

2)The girl is easy. You only like her because she is pretty. You admit to yourself that you don't know her. Get to know her if you must, then decide if you still like her.

3) if you want money, get a job. There are probably plenty of fast food joints where you could get a minimun wage job.

4)Why would you want to buy a web sight? I for one think that it is really stupid, and that you should not waste your money. Spend it on something else that you will actually use six months from now.
Maybe you could use the money to buy roses for the girl^^

Haha, you're funny. Not that i don't think your problem is serious, but it was all one big long setence. So let's talk about the i-pod. You know what? If it comes down to it and he won't give it back to you then maybe he needs to give you some money for it because it's his fault that he left it at the hotel or whatever. If you can't deal with him alone then (as wussy as it sounds) get your parents involved and just let his parents know what happened and that you'd like money for it. Your basketball... i think that's awesome that you're so into basketball and that its your passion so keep that up! I don't know what Therichkid.com is but it doesn't sound like it's THAT important so i wouldn't do that right now because it's expensive and one of your other issues was that you wanted money. So why don't you save the money that you do get... and do odd jobs for people like babysit if you would, cut lawns, clean for people? I don't know anything untill you get an actual job. And last but not least... the girl, If you think she's beautiful but you don't really know her then the obvious thing would be next... get the guts to go talk to her and you never know what might happen. The worst that would happen is you only talk to her once and thats it... but maybe she thinks the same thing about you and she's just waiting on you. Give it a try! The priority thing.... just have fun with life and do the things you love to do because you're so young right now and it's a waste of time to worry about the little things right now k? K! good luck.

1) Go to the kid who has your ipod and tell him in a calm but firm voice that you have no problem lending things out but it has been over a month and you want your ipod back in your hands by tommorow. If he makes up an excuse or says he lost it, than just tell him it is okay. BUT then you should tell your mom or dad and find out where he lives. Drive to his house when you know he will be home and talk to his parents. If he is hiding your ipod, he will be soo scared shitless that you have brought your parents to his house that he will give it back most likely.
OR YOU COULD CALL THE COPS and have them try to go over and talk to the kid to scare him. I don't think you should call the cops though. It could get ugly. I would only call them if you are too embaressed to get your parents to talk to his parents.

2) Ask the girl out! Just do it like in the movies. You have to act like you are confident even if you are not. Just say "Hey, I heard that movie was really cool. Do you want to maybe go see it this weekend just as friends? I think you are a pretty cool girl and I wouldn't mind just hanging out and getting to know you."
If you make her feel like it is a casual and fun thing to do, she most likely will say yes. if she does not like you, then you move on. There are so many girls out there

3) ABOVE ALL: Whatever happens with the ipod situation or the girl, just remember to focus more on school and having fun. I am 21 and when I remember middle school, I laugh. WHY? Cuz I worried so much about stuff that did not matter. You are better off just having fun and when the time comes, a girl will fall for you and you will not have to guess if she likes you. You will know!!
