They are puffy looking, but they dont feel like that... im pretty sure i could pop them or sumthing like pick them off but im sure they would bleed or sumthing...... They are extremly painful when i sallow anything from water to food and even meds.... they kinda look like a part of a soaked cotten ball or a HUMUGUS zit...... they are on the back of my throat... they make my breath smell HORRIBLE even after i just brushed my teeth... they even make my breath smell as im chewing gum.... its really painfull and i hate docters that have to test and **** i like to go into the docters office and say im pretty sure i have this "Sickness" for whatever it is.... can anyone please help me

Hey! I think you need to go back to your doctor and get it rechecked. If they aren't helpful there is no harm in getting a second opinion, especially if you aren't happy with their response. In fact, that would be the best option for you if your doctor fails to give you a diagnosis. I would have to agree with you that this white lump is the reason why you are experiencing discomfort and persistent sore throats. I wish you all the best. From your description, they sound like either some sort of abscess or pus from pharyngitis, tonsilloliths or Zenker's diverticulum (this one's last in likeliness). The tonsilloliths is probably the most likely cause but they feel more annoying than painful as you stated in your description unless your's are particuarly huge. A lot of times, they'll just simply fall off or be picked off (I'm not encouraging you do the latter), and you'll know they're tonsil stones by their putrid smell.

You have an infection, probably strep throat. GET TO THE DOCTOR NOW.
