Why does my nose water when I eat?

specially when I eat something hot?

[I mean HOT in TEMPERATURE not hot like chilly/spicy]

it probly gets your sinus a little irritated and then it becomes a little inflamed and the temp change makes it start to produce histamines which can cause your nose to run. it happens to me when the wheather is real cold outside

Parasympathetic stimulation. Mine does that, and it is embarrassing. A nasal spray Rx by a physician can help.
