I am going to disneyland saturday mornig and i am sick with a headache, dizzyness, and a sorethrote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEDD TO GET BETTER!!!! before saturday!!! how can i get healthy!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!! thabk you so much!!!!

Rest, rest, rest. Your body needs rest so that it can concentrate on getting you well. If you are running around doing things, you won't get well. Drink plenty of water and juices and take vitamins, with extra does of Vitamin C, Vitamin E. Zinc. If your throat is sore, gargle with warm very salty water. That will help make it feel not so sore, it will not cure it.

Sleep as much as you can, and take lots of Vitamin C. My grandmother swears by it. She takes 1000 mg an hour when she's sick and she says that it'll kill it right away.

If you're not willing to try that, then just drink a glass or orange juice and plenty of water. I hope you feel better.

Get lots and lots of sleep and drink lots of fluids. I've been sick for about a week and I took some multi-vitamins and Theraflu nighttime which knocked me out haha..The sleep was the best part of being sick.

Take a lot of Vitamin C, drink a lot of fluids, try some peppermint tea with honey, may not taste the best, but the honey will help your throat, and the peppermint part of it will help your headache!

Go to the doctor it could be strep throat, if its not rest and lots of water. It could also be an ear iinfection, they will make you dizzy and give you a sore throat.

probably your best bet is to rest, eat well, take a mulit vitamin, add extra zinc and extra c and dring lots of water. gargle for sore throat. other than that I think you just have to let it run its course

Sleep, rest, eat healthy as much as you can. But mostly sleep (your body needs the energy to fight the illness).
