if you're not in a state that borders the ocean, I don't think I'd buy sushi-grade fish. I've personally seen how fish can be treated, and don't think I'd be comfortable eating sushi-grade fish if it wasn't extremely fresh. I, myself, wouldn't even buy it unless I got it from a fish market, like pike's place in portland, or something of that respect.
