love takes everything you have. you start to have little butterflies in your stomach and then it takes over your life. if your not careful it can even take over. you can't really help the way you feel about someone, it's just there. people are going to try and tell you that love is bull but that is just because they have had bad experiences. be careful though, one broken heart can and will leave you thinking that its over, and where do i go from here.

Let me tell you my story: I will keep it brief:
I am a 38yo mother of three and thought there was no such thing as love with a significant other, I love my children but what thier dad did insulted me to no end, plus a few guys I dated after my divorce...I mean seriously. But three years ago I met a wonderful man..never thought I would be saying this, but I seriously love him and I still get butterflies before I get to see him. He is so wonderful to me and my children!!! It does happen...even if you dont want it. I tried hard to push him away, but he stood right by me!!! I am blessed!!! Love is AWESOME is all I can say!!!

Love is not powerful, that's what people want to think because their lives are so insignificant and they want to feel that there's something good in this world.
People give love its meaning. You don't "love" someone, you just become dependent of them, if they're gone you feel all sad and worthless, but that's because your idea of love is that you can't live without that other person.
Shouldn't be like that, if you ask me. It's Okay to care about someone, and to protect them and take care of them, but that's it.

I just watched this thing on the discovery channel last night about how love effects our brains. It showed the brain of someone in love and someone not in love and you could see the chemical difference, so I guess it's just evolutionary.

that is a good question

some time you end up liking someone who just won't feel the same way and it hurt.
I hated that i had feeling for a guy and he didn't feel the same way and i would say to myself like why god is doing this.
