Try to be around him as much as you can without annoying him. Comment him on different things like how good his cologne smells. Don't act like you hitting on him though. Do it in a "friends" kinda way. Speak to him when you see him and throw in a little love tap. Dress really nice and make sure he knows you're there.

Well, I would start by being friendly. Maybe if you have a common interest, just casually walk up and ask him about the movie, ballgame, class homework, etc...anything to start a conversation. Then just see what comes of it...or ask him out.

Dress well ... try to approach a friend of yours and him.. & try to get more info about him through the friend you both know .. or even send a small signal through the friend to him ... Good Luck

just be yourself. talk to him but don't be too out there. don't seem like your into him. just be nice and friendly. laugh and giggle a little, show him that your a little interested but don't go too far!

come up with a reason to touch him....maybe he'll show up one day in a new shirt....touch his shirt and say something like "oh I like the material" maybe that could crack the ice?
