My supervisor had negative perceptions about me before he started the job. I did all his work for him and he still has negative perceptions.
I did all this work for others and he doesn't acknowlege this. I won awards and he still has negative perceptions. He calls me a B behind my back for winning awards. I kept files in alphabetical order and he says they are not in alpha order even they are.
He tells people not to talk to me.

What do you think is going on?

He is not mature enough to be a supervisor, he feels threatened by you (he knows you work harder than him and someone might notice it sometime, and he will lose his job), he is a major jerk, he wants to keep you down so that you will continue doing his work to try an impress him, he is a control freak and somehow you threaten his "perfect" world in which he is the king of the office, he keeps others down and enjoys it but you don't succumb to his control the way others do and he doesn't like this. I agree, keep notes about his behavior, and when you have enough, go to HR. take your pick of which reason is the best, but in the end, he should not be over anyone, this is a threatening work environment which falls under the EEO of Sexual and Other Harrassment at work. It's against the law...

You need to talk to HIS boss or HR and file an official complaint. He is not acting like supervisor should. He should be fired for calling you a bit** to your co-workers and telling them not to talk to you. What an immature idiot.

You are encountering jealousy. This person feels threatened by your excellence in work ethic, probably because they are an inferior worker. So the only way to make him seem like he's doing his job, is to pick on you, even if it means he has to make stuff up!
