We are on a tight budget, but we think this sounds cool-
Everything from this point will be paid for by the bride and groom.
We will marry at the Little Chapel of the Flowers at 3:30 p.m. in May. After the wedding, everyone go to a buffet-one on the strip within walking distance from the Chapel. After the buffet, everyone come to our hotel suite at the Stratosphere (again, within a short walking distance) for cake and a champaigne toast.

My maid of honor will pass along the word that if people want to go along with the bride and groom and all in the wedding party they are welcome-if they pay their own way- to The Top of the Stratoshere Hotel Lounge and watch the sunset at 7:40. After this, we will all go to the dance club called Polly Esters (in the Stratosphere).

Bravo! We got married in Las Vegas June 2004. We stayed at the Stratosphere also, and got married at A Special Memory Chapel. We did take the shuttle over to the Rio's (huge) buffet for dinner after. You are going to have a BLAST! The Stratosphere took really good care of us, and when we went back for our 2nd anniversary, I mentioned we stayed there for our wedding, and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite.

Sounds fun!!! If you can, go the the buffet at the Monte Carlo or at the Bellagio, it's beautiful there and it will fit the theme of a wedding wonderfully. Also if you have the time or if it's something you would be interested you should go take a Gondola ride at the Venetian, it would be another romantic addition to a beautiful day.
Your ideas sound wonderful and you will have a beautiful wedding day!!! Good Luck!!!

That sounds lovely. Especially seeing the sunset. I hope you have a wonderful wedding.
I can totally relate to the tight budget. We are doing ours in May as well, but we are going to get married in the Valley of Fire. Good luck and congratulations.

That sounds awesome. I think if you are going to wear a wedding gown, you should keep it on the whole time. It would be fun and cute! I would love it if I saw a bride celebrating at a dance club!

The people you invite are their to celebrate with you, I think that is a neat way to have a lot of fun and do something super unique.

Didn't you already ask this question? Ok, I see the difference, you're starting the wedding earlier. Probably better, not as much as a time constraint to get things done. It sounds good, I think watching the sunset will be beautiful. Best wishes to you.

i mentioned the last time to move the wedding up earlier so than there would be enough time for everyone to enjoy themselves and be able to do everything. I am glad you went with that option. Everything sounds great, and its different as well which draws to all your guests i am sure everyone will love it and have a blast. CONGRADS
