If you had ordered a pizza or made a home made pizza, what would you put on it? In other words, what kinds of meat or vegetables would you put on it? You can choose any toppings you want, so go crazy with your choice.

To answer this question a little easier, tell me what kinds of topings you would choose, not what other people have chosen. Some people here added some of the same ingredience which is okay, but I want to know what you would like on a pizza yourself, not what others would think. If you know someone who likes a topping, then they should sign in and post it so they could get their own points, too.

I don't like too many things on a pizza or it will get soggy. My favorites are onion and green pepper, but both have to be cut very thin and not too much. Occasionally I'll go for crumbled sausage and hot peppers.

And if I still lived in Belmont, Massachusetts I'd get the eggplant pizza from Belmont Pizzeria near Trappelo Sq. They would take thin slices of eggplant, battered and fried as for eggplant parmasian and put a layer of it on a pizza. It was great and I've never been able to duplicate it or get it anywhere else.

I would have hand-tossed crust with barbeque sauce instead of regular red sauce. I would then put a thin layer of cheese, then grilled chicken, canadian bacon, red onions, pineapple, bacon pieces, green peppers, and then another layer of cheese. Once the pizza is cooked, I would wait about 10 or 15 minutes before having the first bite (if it's too hot, it will burn the roof of my mouth). I would dip the pizza into cold barbeque sauce or ranch. I would also have a gallon of milk next to me to drink alongside the pizza!!

Oh man, now I want pizza!!!

Depending on my mood, I have 3 favorites............

1) White Pizza: Mozzerella, Parmesan, Fresh Spinach, Fresh Garlic, chopped Fresh Tomatos, no sauce at all........

2) Canadian Bacon (or Ham) and Pineapple Pizza

3) Pepperonni, Sausage, Black Olive and Mushroom......

Those are my faves...............but, pizza is such a personal thing when it comes to toppings..........

Funny thing, the only thing I HATE on Pizza is green pepper.......I don't know why, I love green peppers (and sweet red peppers), but NOT on Pizza............never figured that one out.........

Plenty of cheese, of course. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, onion, mushroom, black olive, bell pepper & tomato slices.

My favorite pizza to make is pesto sauce, then a light layer of cheeses, including Mozzerella, feta and romano, among others. Then I put grilled chicken pieces and Green and Red Peppers, more cheese, a touch of garlic powder and basil on top.

I'm not some burnout that gets blown for the sol purpose, but I will have to go with grass. Realy gives you a different purspective on things. Especially when you realize that you haven't smoked all day and you have such insight thoughts.
